I went to Washington State for spring break, my sophomore year. It was a blast! I got the chance to tour Fort Lewis military base and I met a lot of very respected people. One thing I did that was very memorable was I drove to Forks, Washington. The reason I wanted to go there so badly is because the story Twilight is based on the little town of Forks. I'm not a huge fan but it was still interesting. I got to shop at the store Bella works at, and eat in the restaurant that her and Charlie eat at in the book. We also got to go on the Indian reservation. It was beautiful! I got to walk on 1st beach where Bella and Jacob walked in the book. The Pacific Ocean was beautiful also. The water was freezing but at least I can say I've been in the Pacific Ocean. We sat on big rocks and watched seals swim, and just looked at the sites. It was the best spring break and I hope to go back.
